A & L consultants has been steadily improving their online presence since the inception of the company. We have always understood that by having our customer information readily available through the miracle of the internet, we would be able to save our customers time, save ourselves time, and create better client relations.
As a result of the years of learning we feel we now have a great online process and provide online services that are second to none.
Online processes have 3 security levels, giving you the ability to pick the level to suit your needs.
Access Levels
User Level
This level of access is granted to all client approved contractors to allow them to view the information for a site within the your surveys and historical information sections prior to attending the site to complete their works.
Commissioner Level
In addition to all User Level accessible areas of the database, this level of access is granted to client representatives who need to organise information relevant to their portfolios i.e. Help desk operatives, regional managers etc through the management plan, schedule and branch reports.
Guardian Level
In addition to all User Level and Commissioner Level accessible areas of the database, this level of access is granted to portfolio managers and above who are responsible for the running of and health and safety requirements of their portfolio through the guardian reporting sections.

Online Services
Your Surveys
Storage of all current and archived information for all sites with instant access to PDF reports. The listing can also be filtered through 5 different risk levels from high risk to no risk for an easy breakdown of a portfolio standing. Access to this section of the database is granted to all registered users.
Historical Information
Storage of client supplied information in a PDF format including older reports, air monitoring information and all other remedial works information. Access to this section of the database is granted to all registered users.
Self Assessment
The Self-Assessment service is an online process specific to Legionella surveying. After an initial survey by an A & L staff member, a client will be able to perform their own Legionella analysis. You should try it out, be your own Legionella Assessment expert. Access to this section of the database is granted to all registered users.
Management Plan
A listing of all sites with only confirmed or presumed rooms/areas listed so reducing the amount of information needed to be checked for the site. The area also has a pop up facility to further inspect individual rooms / area details. Access to this section is granted to Commissioner Level users.
Branch Report
A complete listing of all sites within a portfolio based on client supplied or A & L generated reference numbers showing the sites standing and review date with access to the PDF reports. Access to this section is granted to Commissioner Level users.
Schedule Report
This report allows the listing to be filtered within date ranges allowing for managers to see the current and future requirements within their portfolios for all disciplines allowing the managers to ensure continued compliance and to build budgets based on future requirements. Access to this section is granted to Commissioner Level users.
Guardian Report (Section 1)
The first section of the report is auto generated e-mails informing the guardian when an approved user has viewed a report. A copy of which is also sent to the user with a uniquely generated reference number. This reference number is regularly used by clients as part of their invoice tracking system to ensure their contractors have followed procedure Access to this section is granted to Guardian Level users.
Guardian Report (Section 2)
The second section of the report is an downloadable excel spreadsheet detailing all log in details for all users including date, time, site details, report details and the generated reference number to allow for easy crosschecking of invoicing and health and safety records. Access to this section is granted to Guardian Level users.
